Symptoms
Some older configurations that meet the minimum system requirements for Final Cut Studio may report issues with FxPlug effects, especially if used with High Definition resolutions.
On some systems with graphics cards that have 64 MB of VRAM, you may see FxPlug effects error messages like these:
* The effect "Light Rays" failed to render: Your hardware cannot cannot render at the requested size and depth.
* The effect "Bloom" cannot be rendered in a sequence of this size with the current graphics card.
On some G4 computers with ATI Radeon 9000 GPUs, Final Cut Pro may display this message when opened:
* The installed graphics card does not support the OpenGL features recommended by Final Cut Pro.

Resolution
In some cases you can work around these issues by taking one or more of the following steps:
* Reduce render bit depth to 8-bit YUV in Sequence > Settings > Video Processing.
* Use a lower resolution for your project.
* If applicable, replace your graphics card with one that has more VRAM.
